Ingredients
- 3 slices Prosciutto di Parma (aged for 16 months)
- 3 one-ounce pieces Buffalo Mozzarella
- 1 head red radicchio
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 slices tomato
Instructions
Wrap one slice Parma Prosciutto around each piece mozzarella; set aside.
Drizzle radicchio with olive oil. In a small sized sauté pan, over medium heat, sauté radicchio for three minutes on each side or until tender; set aside.
Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill tomato slices, two minutes on each side.
Place seared radicchio and tomato in the center of the plate. Gently place each Prosciutto di Parma wrapped mozzarella roll over each slice of tomato and drizzle with olive oil.
