Who doesn’t love a low-carb snack? Whether it’s for the next time you host Gameday or your award show watch party, these crispy prosciutto chips are the perfect salty snack for you and your friends. The best part is… there’s only one ingredient: Prosciutto di Parma. Simple to make, easy to eat and the healthier alternative to processed chips! You can also add crispy prosciutto to salads, pizzas and sandwiches for a little crunch and a lot of taste. You’re welcome.
- ¼ lb. sliced Prosciutto di Parma (about 8 slices)
Preheat oven to 325° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Place prosciutto in a single layer on baking sheet and bake until crisp, 20-25 minutes.
Another option is chopping the prosciutto, first. Then, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook prosciutto until crispy.
