Grab a loaf of crusty bread, savory Prosciutto di Parma and fresh tomatoes to roast for one incredibly simple and delicious prosciutto sandwich. Ingredients
- Bread
- 3-4 slices Prosciutto di Parma
- Arugula
- Roasted Plum Tomatoes, halved
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place halved tomatoes on baking sheet, cut side up and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Roast until tender, about 30 minutes.
Place Prosciutto di Parma, arugula and tomatoes on bread. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Add salt and pepper, if desired.
