Ingredients
- 16oz store-bought pizza dough
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- 4oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 5 slices Prosciutto di Parma
- 6 fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Remove dough from refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
Sprinkle flour on a dry work surface. Roll out pizza dough onto floured work surface to form an oblong shape about 16-inches long and 12-inches wide. Remove to oiled baking sheet and stretch out edges to fill the length of the baking sheet.
Bake in oven 4 minutes. Remove from oven and evenly spread the tomato sauce over the surface, leaving ½-inch from the edge bare. Dot with cheese. Bake until edges are golden and cheese is bubbling, about 12 minutes.
Drape Prosciutto di Parma over cheese. Garnish with fresh basil.
