Ingredients
- 2 slices thick cut sourdough bread
- 16 ounces goat cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup fig butter (we used Trader Joe’s)
- 2 slices (1 ounce) Prosciutto di Parma
Instructions
Toast bread to desired doneness. Set aside.
In a large bowl with a hand mixer, whip goat cheese and milk together until creamy, 1-2 minutes.
With the back of a spoon, gather about a tablespoon of goat cheese mixture. Press onto toast. Do the same with the fig butter, alternating between the two until each toast is covered.
Cut prosciutto into ribbons and drape onto each toast.
