Prosciutto di Parma Whipped Ricotta Toast with Hot Honey

Ingredients
  • 3 large slices thick cut sourdough bread
  • 1 16-ounce container whole milk ricotta cheese
  • Hot honey
  • 6 slices (3 ounces) Prosciutto di Parma
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a toaster oven, toast bread to desired doneness. Set aside

In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat ricotta until whipped and creamy, about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon ricotta onto each toast evenly. Drizzle each with hot honey (as much as you like!) Top each with two slices Prosciutto di Parma.
