Prosciutto di Parma Nachos

Ingredients
  • 2 bags (10 ounces) kettle cooked potato chips
  • 1 3 ounce piece Grana Padano cheese
  • 2 stablespons chopped chives
  • 8 slices (4 ounces) Prosciutto di Parma
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Transfer potato chips onto a large sheet tray and heat in oven 2-3 minutes.

Remove chips from oven. With a microplane, grate cheese on top and sprinkle with chopped chives.

Cut prosciutto into ribbons and drape over potato chips. Serve immediately.
