Ingredients
- ¾ cup grated Grana Padano cheese + 1 tablespoon
- 1 small head romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup store bought Caesar salad dressing
- 3 slices (1.5 ounces) Prosciutto di Parma
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make 6 flat round discs using 2 tablespoons Grana Padano cheese for each. Bake 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
Remove cheese discs from oven and let sit a few seconds. With a spatula, lift each disc and mold into a cup using the bottom of a cupcake tray. Be sure to do this quickly while the rounds are still pliable. Transfer to a serving dish.
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, Caesar dressing and remaining tablespoon Grana Padano cheese. Spoon lettuce mixture into each cheese cup evenly.
Cut each slice Prosciutto di Parma in half and top each cheese cup with one half slice.
